About the Dogz...
MISSION
The DirtDogz was created to provide a high-level developmental "bridge" for Chelsea Baseball Little League (CLL) players, who participate in the CLL season as well as other skill building and team activities, local travel basement tournaments, and service projects within the Chelsea community.
VISION
The Chelsea DirtDogz aims to be a premier baseball establishment within the community and imparts three unique values for its players: ​

Supporting the growth of young athletes through philanthropy efforts and teaching the importance of community engagement by modeling a positive influence to others

Developing young athletes by providing them with structure, mentorship, and the necessary skills to overcome the adversity and triumphs in competitive baseball

Removing financial barriers for athletes to play competitive baseball with scholarship opportunities through sponsorships and fundraising efforts as a 501(c)3 organization.
What is a DirtDog?
A Dirt Dogz is the player who isn’t afraid to get their uniforms dirty - who slides head-first, dives for the ball in the gap, and outworks everyone else on the field.

​- The 'Dog' Mentality: It represents loyalty—to our teammates, to Chelsea Little League, and to the community projects we take on off the field.
