The Chelsea DirtDogz aims to be a premier baseball establishment within the community and imparts three unique values for its players:

• Supporting the growth of young athletes through philanthropy efforts and teaching the importance of community engagement by modeling a positive influence to others 

• Developing young athletes by providing them with structure, mentorship, and the necessary skills to overcome the adversity and triumphs in competitive baseball 

• Removing financial barriers for athletes to play competitive baseball with scholarship opportunities through sponsorships and fundraising efforts as a 501(c)3 organization.
